By purchasing or engaging any of our services, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. General Refund Philosophy

DMKV House of Marketing invests significant time, expertise, research, planning, and resources into every client engagement. As many of our services involve customized work, strategic consulting, creative production, and digital campaign management, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Our goal is always to resolve concerns professionally and ensure client satisfaction wherever reasonably possible.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and fees are generally non-refundable:

  • Strategy and consultation fees
  • Discovery and onboarding sessions
  • SEO audits and technical assessments
  • Website planning and wireframing
  • Branding and design work already completed
  • Content creation already delivered
  • Advertising management fees
  • Software subscriptions purchased on behalf of clients
  • Domain registration fees
  • Hosting fees
  • Third-party platform costs
  • Completed website development milestones
  • Monthly retainers where services have been actively delivered

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Service Not Commenced

If DMKV fails to begin the agreed service within 14 days of the agreed project start date without prior notice or mutual agreement.

Duplicate Payments

If a client is accidentally charged multiple times for the same invoice or service.

Billing Errors

If an invoice contains an incorrect charge due to administrative or technical errors.

Project Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client cancels a project before any work, planning, research, or onboarding activities have commenced.

In such cases, a refund may be issued after deducting any applicable administrative or payment processing fees.

4. Project Cancellations

For project-based services:

Before Work Begins

Clients may request cancellation before any work commences and may be eligible for a refund, less applicable processing fees.

After Work Begins

If work has commenced:

  • The client remains responsible for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Payments already made for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Any remaining balance for uncompleted work may be reviewed for partial refund eligibility.

Completed Projects

Once a project has been delivered and approved, it becomes non-refundable.

5. Monthly Retainer Services

For ongoing marketing, SEO, consulting, or management retainers:

  • A minimum of 30 days written notice is required for cancellation.
  • Services will continue through the notice period.
  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
  • Any future prepaid service periods not yet commenced may be refunded at DMKV's discretion.

6. Advertising Spend & Platform Credits

Advertising budgets allocated to third-party platforms such as:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Microsoft Advertising
  • YouTube Advertising

are governed by the respective platform policies.

DMKV cannot refund advertising spend that has already been spent or committed to advertising platforms.

Unused advertising balances remaining in platform accounts remain the property of the client and may be recovered subject to platform policies.

DMKV management and optimization fees remain non-refundable.

7. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request containing:

  • Full Name
  • Company Name
  • Invoice Number
  • Service Purchased
  • Reason for Refund Request
  • Supporting Documentation (if applicable)

DMKV will:

  • Acknowledge requests within 2 business days.
  • Review the request within 7 business days.
  • Provide a written decision upon completion of the review.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 10–14 business days.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a client is dissatisfied with a service, we strongly encourage direct communication before initiating a refund request.

Most concerns can be resolved through:

  • Additional revisions
  • Service adjustments
  • Strategic consultations
  • Clarification of project expectations

Our goal is to achieve a fair and mutually beneficial resolution whenever possible.

9. Extraordinary Circumstances

DMKV understands that unforeseen circumstances may occur.

In cases involving:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Natural disasters
  • Force majeure events
  • Major platform policy changes
  • Other exceptional situations

refunds, credits, or service extensions may be considered at our sole discretion.
